Fire Dragon

“Fire Dragons, also known as Cave Drakes or Mountain Wyrms, are the most renowned of all Dragons, forged into legend by Albionnican and Galanaux folklore. They dwell in caves in the mountainous areas of ArcWorlde, in deep, dark places that never see sunlight.

Their titanic, sinuous forms are clad in an armour of shimmering scales that are nigh impenetrable to steel or shot. Their teeth line their mouths like spears and their breath ignites into roiling plumes of flame. They live for hundreds of years, often slumbering for decades before leaving their lairs to feed upon any unfortunate enough to find themselves in their path.

The legends of old tell of vast hoards of treasure collected by these beasts. Fire Dragons have a love for gold and glittering things and will adorn their lairs with the spoils of their hunting. Many an adventurer has dared to sneak into a Fire Dragon’s cave to claim a portion of their plunder, but very rarely do they make it out alive."
